Golden Bliss: Ashwagandha Turmeric Latte Recipe with a Ghee-Infused Finish

 

  • 1 sachet Sanos Tea Ashwagandha Turmeric Instant Mix (contains Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Pepper, and Licorice)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk (dairy or plant-based, such as almond, oat, or sesame milk)
  • 1/2 tsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • Optional: Sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup)

 

  1. Warm the Milk:
    • Pour 1 cup of milk into a small saucepan.
    • Heat the milk over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling. Stir occasionally.

       

  2. Add the Instant Mix:

    • Tear open 1 sachet of Sanos Tea Ashwagandha Turmeric Instant Mix and add it to the milk. ( Note: Turmeric spill is known to cause stains, so handle contents with care)
    • Stir or whisk well until the mix fully dissolves, and the milk turns a smooth golden-yellow color.
  3. Optional Sweetening:

    • If you prefer your latte a bit sweeter, add your choice of sweetener (e.g., 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup) and mix well.
  4. Pour and Finish with Ghee:

    • Pour the latte into your favorite mug.
    • Add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee on top. Allow it to melt naturally, creating a rich and silky finish.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Stir gently, sip, and enjoy this warm, nourishing, and soothing drink.
