Lemongrass:

Lemongrass is a calming spice/grass native to Southeast Asia. Research has found that citral, the antioxidant oil in lemongrass, which also gives it the pleasant scent, is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal. It is rich in plant sterols, a compound that cuts the absorption of dietary cholesterol.

Across the globe lemongrass tea has been used for various remedies against anxiety, sore throat, fever, type-2 diabetes, bad cholesterol. 

Research has found that lemongrass is also helpful against cancer, insomnia, epilepsy, fungal and yeast infections.

Spearmint:

Mint has over 600 varieties, and spearmint is one of the refreshing savory varieties of mint which is a potent healer. The compounds in mint include menthol help to ease IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), treat indigestion, anxiety, stress, menstrual cramps, and menopause problems. It has also shown to help with PCOS(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, improved work performance with increased focus and slowing or stopping various cancers

Licorice:

Licorice has been used as herbal medicine for thousands of years in East and Southeast Asian countries. Glycyrrhizin the chemical compound found in licorice helps to reduce bacterial and viral infections for the respiratory tract, heals stomach ulcers

 

This herbal tea blend helps for sore throat and cold and as an immunity booster.

 

Harmonized Hot Brew:

1. Infuse 1 tea bag in 8oz of rolling boiled water for 5-7 mins

2. Add honey for more sweetness (optional)

 

Harmonized Cold Brew:

1. Infuse 1 tea bag (2 for stronger brew) in 8oz of rolling boiled water for 8-10 mins

2. Add honey for more sweetness (optional)

3. Pour over ice
